St. patty's day bust

Happy St. Patrick's day!! Did you wear green? We sure did. This past week has been so busy that we failed to plan ahead for St. Patty's day. After our classes were over today we decided that we should make corned beef and cabbage. Yeah, well...our little plan would have been a little better if we had bought the stuff ahead of time. We went to all the grocery stores in the metropolis of Rexburg (a whopping two) in search of corned beef brisket. There were none to be found :(

So we decided to go to McDonald's and get a shamrock shake because I have heard about them for years and have never tried one, so we figured since we weren't having corned beef and cabbage we would do that

It was good, but I don't get all the hype considering that they have an almost cultish following. Fortunately our neighbors the Allens must have known that we needed a little St. Patrick's day cheer and brought over cookies!

Ryan went to the dental society where they did molds of their teeth

Well it wasn't the greatest St. Patrick's day ever, but next year we will plan ahead

(dressed in green, of course) :)
