One of our friends is an exercise physiology major.
he's doing a senior project instead of an internship
lucky him
anyways he's doing a study on the
benefits of crossfit
and because we're DUMB
we offered to be part of the study
(did I mention we're dumb?)
this is what we got up at 6:30 in the am
yesterday to do...
it's called a "Cindy"
why?...I don't know
why?...I don't know
if you watch about the first 2 minutes you get the idea
I got through 3.5 cycles of this and then
thought I was going to toss my cookies
like seriously, speed walking
across the fitness center floor
praying I would get to a trash can before I lost the
entire contents of my stomach
in front of everyone else working out
fortunately I didn't, but I was dang close
of course, this study lasts for 6 weeks
and you have to do crossfit 3 times a week!
for 6 weeks! HELP!
I'm not even sure how I'll make through the
next workout, let alone 6 weeks.
have you done crossfit before?
is it worth it to hang in there?
