So today was our anniversary. We slept in and went snowboarding. We bought season passes but since I have been so busy with school and stuff I haven't been able to go. So we went to the lift ticket office to get my season pass. While we were in the office this 50-ish guy is standing next to us. He looked like your typical 50 year old ski bum who has yet to discover sun screen and has a long pony tail. If you have ever spent an afternoon on the slopes you know what I am talking about. I started to look at him a little closer because of his peculiar mannerisms. I realized he had both his ears pierced, which even that you might think is no big deal, but he was wearing emerald studs. What guy with their ears pierced that you know of wears emerald studs? Gauges maybe, but emerald studs? And for the grand finale....I looked at the counter where he had placed his hand to see his perfectly MANICURED ACRYLIC NAILS!!!!!
I was hoping that he lost a bet or something. Otherwise there are drag queens skiing rampantly on the slopes of Grand Targhee.

Anyways that was pretty hilarious. We had such a good time. It was great to just get out a play and not have to worry about anything and just spend time together.

After a fun day of snowboarding we went and had Thai food. It was a great anniversary.
